The ingredients needed to make Chicken wrap:
- Prepare 2 of Tortilla wraps.
- Take 2 of chicken breast filets cut into strips.
- Use 2 tsp of Olive oil.
- Provide Half of an onion sliced.
- You need Half of Robot peppers sliced.
- Provide of Sliced mushrooms.
- Get of Salt and Black pepper.
- Take 1/2 tsp of dried tym.
- You need 1 Tbs of Six Gun grill Spice.
- Take 1 tsp of Paprika.
- Provide 1 Tbs of home made chilli sauce/ Spur Sweet Chilli sauce.
- Provide of Grated Cheddar Cheese.
Instructions to make Chicken wrap:
- Heat oil in pan and saute Peppers, onions and mushrooms. Season with black pepper and salt and remove from heat once cooked.
- Season chicken breasts with paprika, Thyme, 6Gun grill and fry on same pan. It will take about 6 minutes at most. Don't overcook as it will become dry and remove from heat.
- Heat 2 tortilla wraps in a pan then pan for about 1 minute each side.
- To make the wrap, place grated cheese on the wraps, then follow with the vegetables on top of cheese, then place chicken strips and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce, wrap up an serve.
