- Take 2 cups of flour.
- Provide 3 of eggs.
- Provide 3 tbsp of melted butter.

- Repeat with the rest of the milk till there are no more lumps & mixture is runny..
- In a pan over medium heat pour 1/3 cup of the batter in the middle & tilt your pan making sure the bottom of pan is thinly covered..
- Cook till edges of crepe start to crisp. Remove gently & put in a plate then cover to keep crepes moist..
- Serve with sliced bananas and honey or any fruit of your choice..
